Recruiting: Leea, a triple-threat slapper and centerfielder, attended the Thanksgiving Elite Camp (one-day camp) at the Univ. of Central Florida last weekend and at the end of the camp was offered a scholarship by Head Coach Renee Luers-Gillispie. She’s also hearing from Florida and other top schools.
Events: The eighth grader attended the East Coast National Elite Camp in Gwinnett, Ga. on Nov. 6-7 and finished with the second fastest shuttle of the event with a 4.65.
Scouting Report: Leea was one of five pre-high schoolers mentioned by Derek Allister of OnDeck as being “phenomenal and showing the flashes of brilliance that will certainly stamp them as future stars.”
