With close to 400,000 athletes playing high school softball, you have to be pretty special to stand out from the crowd. The criteria for selection to the FloSoftball All-American team includes a combination of all the following factors:
- performance on the field
- overall contribution to the team’s success
- talent and skills (athletic and softball-specific)
- off the field success (academic, community, charity, etc.)
