It’s a been a long time in the making, but FloSoftball is excited to announce that next week we will update our 2016 Hot 100 list as we wrap up evaluations this week.

As we’ve done with all our other Hot 100s including the lists for the Classes of 2014, ’15, ’16, ’17 and ’18, we will announce 10 players each weekday starting Monday, October 19.

Here’s the schedule of how each day will go:

The No. 1 player of our very first Hot 100, the 2014 class, was Jenna Lilley and the Univ. of Oregon infielder was an All-American and finalist for NCAA Freshman of the Year.

Our top ranked player in the 2015 class was Amanda Lorenz—a key cog for the two-time PGF National Champion OC Batbusters Haning/Stith team. In her very first game for the Univ. of Florida this week, Amanda hit a Grand Slam so she’s off to a great start already!

The 2016 Hot 100 was topped by a club teammate of Amanda’s, Mariah Lopez, who will sign with the Univ. of Oklahoma.  Will she continue as the No. 1 prospect in the senior class?  You’ll have to check back the day before Halloween to find out!

And shortly after the Hot 100 is finished, we'll come out with our College Team Rankings, just in time for Signing Day the first week of November.
