UCLA with two walk-off victories against Arizona State extends losing streak to 10 games
On Friday night, the Bruins rallied from three down in the bottom of the seventh on four singles and a three-run homer to beat Arizona State. On Saturday for an encore, UCLA came back from 5-0 down on three singles, a double, a walk and a walk-off, three-run bomb by junior Gabrielle Maurice to give the 13th-ranked team in the nation a 6-5 win at Easton Stadium.

Connie Clark Reaches 800 Wins
On Wednesday night at Red & Charline McCombs Field, Texas head coach Connie Clark reached a significant coaching milestone by earning her 800th career victory as the Longhorns (31-13) shut out Texas Southern (24-16), 6-0. With the triumph, Clark became the 26th currently active Division I coach to secure at least 800 wins in her career, with every victory on the Forty Acres as the only head coach the program has ever known.

Cheridan Hawkins reaches 1000 strikeouts
Hawkins picked up her 1,000th career strikeout and tied the program's career record with her 31st shutout in a 2-0 win over No. 17 Arizona on Friday night.

 

Texas A&M beats No. 1 Florida 6-4
Sartain led off the sixth with a single and was replaced by senior pinch runner Alex Masek. After senior Cali Lanphear was hit by a pitch, freshman Keeli Milligan loaded the bases with a bunt single. Alderink reached on a fielder's choice, but a throwing error allowed Masek and Lanphear to score. Milligan came across on a wild pitch to give A&M a 5-2 lead. Sophomore Erica Russell capped off the inning with an RBI single to left, plating Alderink.

No. 2 Auburn gets run-ruled by Tennessee not once, but TWICE!
This was the first time in seven years that Auburn has been run-ruled in back-to-back games.
