We started off the day making our team goals for the tournament which included things like having a great warm-up and having great knowledge of the strike zone.

In game one against Jack's 16u Tulsa Elite, our number two hitter Carlie Sanders started us off with a double to left field.

Another highlight of that game was that one of our pitchers, Meghan Schorman, had five huge strikeouts. In the end, we tied the Tulsa Elite 0-0.



In game two against the Tulsa Elite NWA, I hit a line drive up the middle, which was the first RBI of the day. Unlike the first game, our bats were alive. We went through the line up three times. We ended up winning that game 9-1.

In game three against the KC Zephyrs, we were also hitting well. MaKayla Hurst hit a hard shot down the third base line to continue our rally through the next inning. The score was 7-3 for the majority of the game until the last inning, where we made a few errors and the ending score was 7-6 us. Overall, we had a good day at the ballpark for our first Hustle City Invitational ending the day with 2-1-0.
