Jeff Blanco, the head coach for the Firecrackers-Blanco team, doesn't have to look far to find one of the top players in the 2014 class -- it's his daughter, Tera Blanco, who pitches for the Firecrackers-Rico team and is perhaps the top pitcher in the senior class.
