Did you ever think this day--signing with your dream school--would come! I had hope that this day would come but there were some days were I lost hope due to the recruiting process being extremely difficult.

Where will you be signing your Letter of Intent this week? I will be signing at my school- Sierra Canyon High School located in Chatsworth, California.

Will it be a big occasion or more low-key? This will be a big occasion with a ceremony.

Will you do anything to celebrate the big day? I will probably go out to eat with my family.

What date did you actually commit and how long ago was it? I committed on July 2, 2016.

What highlight stands out to you about the recruiting process? The highlight that stood out to me the most was visiting the campus and being able to stay with the other commits.

What was the "aha" moment when you knew the program was the right one for you? I had a heart to heart conversation with one of the assistant coaches. She explained to me all of the essentials their program required and the steps to being not only a hardworking athlete but also a good student and most importantly a sister to my teammates.

What will signing with your dream school mean to you personally and to those who've been part of your success (family, coaches, teammates, etc.)? Signing to a school like Rhode Island means a lot to me. It for sure was a big relief and I felt like I got a lot of weight lifted off my shoulders. I know I have made those who've stood by my side through it all proud and that's what makes me the happiest. Having someone put money behind their belief in your potential feels really good. Along my journey, my family, coaches, as well as my teammates have all been there supporting me endlessly and motivated me to never give up on my dreams.

How much gear/product do you have of your future school? I have collected a numerous amount of apparel since my visit.

What's next for you and your softball plans? Next, I plan on finishing my senior year of high school ball and working hard with my travel team during the summer for future events and then going to RI to get ready for the collegiate level.
