We continue our 2020 Hot 100 identifying top talent in the class of 2020. We will reveal the Top 50 prospects this week, spotlighting 10 or more outstanding players each day on the way through our countdown from 100 to No. 1.

This list is an updated version of our initial 2020 Hot 100 rankings and over 40 percent of the players are new additions!

We'll announce the top 10 of the class on Friday, September 29, and shortly after will profile the No. 1 player and then list the "next in" classes comprising recruits 101-200, 201-300, 301-400, and 401-500 as well as which colleges have done the best so far in recruiting this outstanding group of players!

FloSoftball has ranked the Hot 100 beginning with the 2014 class and has done every grad year since including 2015, '16, '17, '18, '19, '20 (the first list exactly a year ago), and '21. We've also updated most of those years several times.

null

T-20 | Jayda Kearney, OF | Jersey Intensity (Georgia)null
Kearney is a true five-tool threat with tremendous power at the plate who can drive the ball foul line to foul line. During her freshman season at Donovan Catholic High School, she hit .500 with 26 RBIs and a .554 OB percentage. She also possesses great foot speed, which opens up many options at the plate and makes it more difficult to defense against her. That speed translates well into her defensive play, where she covers more ground and can get to balls that most outfielders can't. Kearney's versatility caught the eye of many, including Georgia, where she made her verbal commitment.

T-20 | Grace Guzman, OF | All American Sports Academy (Michigan)null
Guzman is a stellar outfielder with a bat that will do a lot of damage at the top of any lineup. She is a very good contact hitter who will put the ball in play and make things happen for her offense. During her 30 games as a freshman at Napa High School, Guzman hit .436 with 44 hits, 32 runs scored, and only seven strike outs in 101 at-bats. Guzman broke quickly into the recruiting scene after shining bright at an OnDeck West Coast Elite Camp in 7th grade. She entertained offers from several big-name colleges, including multiple in the Pac-12, before falling in love with Michigan.

19 | Hanna Delgado, 2B | OC Batbusters - Stith (uncommitted)null
Delgado is a strong athlete who is rapidly maturing and growing into one of the most feared hitters in the 2020 class. Delgado is stepping into the box with confidence, and her numbers are proving it. During her freshman year at Santiago High School, she posted a remarkable .478 batting average with 33 hits and 26 RBIs as well as a .514 OB percentage. Last season with OC Batbusters-Stith, Delgado hit .558 with 47 RBIs and 56 runs scored. She is stepping up in clutch situations during big tournaments and is catching the eyes of several college coaches. Although she's uncommitted, it won't be long before this powerhouse is off the market.

18 | Lilly Agan, OF | Birmingham Thunderbolts 02 (Washington)null
Agan is a very instinctive outfielder who is extremely quick, tracks the ball well, and covers a ton of ground. A natural leader in center field and in the leadoff position, Agan does a fantastic job of putting the ball in play and setting the table for her offense. Just seven games into her sophomore year at East Coweta High School, Agan is already at a .526 batting average and .654 OB percentage. After taking some thoughtful time in the recruiting process, Agan has decided to become one of only a few athletes from east of the Mississippi to play softball at the University of Washington.

T-17 | Presleigh Pilon, MIF | Athletics - Mercado (LSU)null
Pilon is arguably one of the best defenders in the 2020 class. She has incredibly quick hands and transfers the ball extremely fast both beginning and finishing double plays at either middle infield position. She has worked hard over the past few years to improve her strength, and it's showing tremendously at the plate. Pilon is primarily a line-drive hitter with good speed; she put up jaw-dropping numbers her freshman season at Murrieta Mesa High School by batting .447 with 46 hits and an on-base percentage of .513, helping lead her Rams team to a CIF Division 3 championship. Pilon was heavily scouted by several programs out of the Power Five and verbally committed to LSU.

T-17 | Erin Coffel, SS | Indiana Magic Gold (Kentucky)null
Coffel helped the Magic go 60-18-3 at the 14U level (seven of the losses were against 16U teams) and finish third at the PGF Nationals; she hit .455 with 16 home runs, 65 RBIs, a 1.377 OPS, and 43 steals. A fluid shortstop with all the physical tools to excel in the SEC, she earned all-state honors as a freshman and, according to one coach, "Pound for pound can hit the ball harder than any girl in her class." Not only does she have accelerated softball and athletic skills, Coffel has the "it" factor that elevates her teammates' play and makes her the one player you can't miss during any game in which she plays. The Indiana sophomore started getting ACC, Big Ten, and SEC offers in the 8th grade before she committed to the Wildcats.

16 | Jahni Kerr, LF | Atlanta Vipers - Holbrook  (Florida State)null
Kerr is the breakout star of the 2020 class. Over the last year she has used her 2.7 home-to-first speed to hit .512 for the summer season with the Vipers and log a .580 on-base percentage with 13 home runs, 57 RBIs, and 72 steals -- with a steal percentage of .923 -- playing primarily 16U and 18U teams. A lefty center fielder, Kerr does it all at the plate, as she can read a defense and put down the perfect drag bunt or use the soft or power slap. On the other hand, play her in and she will rip the cover off the ball as she was one of the team leaders in home runs. After her strong summer, she became hotly coveted by SEC, ACC, and Pac-12 schools before committing to the Seminoles recently.

15 | Kamaya Cohen, OF | Gainesville Gold (Florida)null
Cohen is a lefty triple threat who also has power and speed to keep a defense on its heels. She had a strong freshman campaign for her Union County (Lake Butler, Florida) High team as she hit .430 with a .494 on-base percentage and had 21 RBIs and 24 steals to earn Gainesville Sun first-team all-area honors for small schools. Cohen played second base for the Tigers, but she has the arm and quick first step to be an excellent center field prospect as she covers a lot of ground. The Florida five-tool athlete decided to stay in-state when she committed to the Gators as an 8th grader in October of 2015 after a strong run of outstanding performances during summer and fall club play.

14 | Bailey Dowling, SS/2B | Beverly Bandits - Tyrell (Alabama)null
Dowling is an excellent all-around athlete: she excels at softball, basketball, and volleyball. On the softball field, Dowling shines on defense where she has great skills, and on offensive as well where she can go yard at any time.  She has soft hands and a strong arm playing the middle of the infield and with the bat can hit to all fields. Batting the in two or three-hole, Dowling always carries high expectations of herself and it seems to pay off. She was named the WCIA 3 softball player of the year as a freshman after hitting 22 home runs, batting .650, and smacking 66 RBIs for her St. Joseph-Ogden high school. "I've gotten to the point where I expect her to hit a home run every time," SJO head coach Randy Wolken told IllinoisHomepage. She was on the top of recruiting lists with programs from the Big Ten and SEC before she committed to Pat Murphy and Alabama in the summer of 2016.

13 | Skylar Brooks, SS | Texas Blaze (Ole Miss)
null
Brooks is electric. Watching her play is like watching an insane cop chase movie -- she's always running, diving, and making the other team make mistakes. Last season she had 64 stolen bases, a .462 batting average -- .538 batting average with runners in scoring position -- and 42 runs. She is a fearless athlete who goes hard after every single ball. She once broke her nose at a play at second, went into the dugout to stick two pieces of paper in her nostrils and asked to go back out. Along with her toughness, she has great athletic skills and, according to one coach, has been timed in the high 2.5 range home-to-first. Brooks is a lefty who has all the tools and just needs the experience against elite competition to maximize her unlimited potential. A great team player who is well-loved by her peers, Brooks committed to the Rebels (fitting!) after attention from major programs in the SEC and Big 12.

12 | Riley Blampied, MIF/C | Georgia Impact - Lewis (Alabama)null
Blampied is a complete force to be reckoned with at the plate. She was hitting .519 when she got hurt in May and missed the rest of the season. For the advanced stat geeks out there, Riley's ISO (raw power) at the time of her injury was .619. For context, the year Barry Bonds hit 73 home runs, his ISO was .536. She averaged a home run every nine at bats. It's not surprising that one coach said "she's so good it's stupid." With her insanely strong power to all fields, great range at shortstop, excellent speed, and strong arm, Blampied is a true five-tool player. Even while she was injured she never missed a practice or game, even though she couldn't play. She will be back to full strength this winter, continuing to dominate on the field and on the basketball court for her high school. She had multiple offers from Power Five schools before committing to Alabama.

T-11 | Sarah Willis, P/OF | Corona Angels - Tyson  (Washington)null
Willis is a two-way standout and has a stellar resume playing at the highest levels with proven big-game success. This year, she will move up to Marty Tyson's 18U Gold team and pitch alongside UCLA commit Megan Faraimo. Recently she has been averaging 65mph on the mound, throwing a flame of a drop curve and then buckling players' knees with her 47mph changeup. This year, she led the Corona Angels as the ace pitcher with a 1.15 ERA and .354 batting average. She pitched nine of the team's 11 games at the Colorado IDT tournament, taking the team to the title of co-champions. She also blasted five home runs and five doubles in the tournament. Willis also led her team to a seventh-place PGF finish, pitching seven of eight games and allowing the OC Batbusters - Campbell squad only three hits. She left PGF with an ERA of .98 and batting average of .308. Willis committed to Washington after de-commiting from her initial verbal to Auburn.

T-11 | Stormy Kotzelnick, 3B/UT | Beverly Bandits - Tyrrell (Washington)null
Kotzelnick is an explosive force out of the box and has been clocked at around 2.64 home-to-first. What makes her an even bigger threat at the plate is her ability to swing for power keeping the defense on edge, and when she hits the gap it's an easy extra base. Last season at Carmel High School, Kotzelnick earned Hamilton County player of the year honors when she batted a remarkable .600 at the plate with 45 hits, 34 RBIs, 39 runs scored, and an incredible .688 OB percentage. Kotzelnick is an athlete who plays well beyond her years and was the first 2020 player to verbal when she committed to Washington at age 13.
