Boston College softball—after defeating the likes of Georgetown and UIC—will continue their strong start at the 2024 FAU Owl Classic in Boca Raton, Florida. 

Joining the BC Eagles are Florida Gulf Coast, Columbia and Rhode Island, along with hosts Florida Atlantic.

Boston College softball currently sits at 6-3 overall, while FGCU is 5-6, Rhode Island is 1-4, and Columbia has yet to play a game this season. 

Through nine games, Boston College junior Hannah Slike already has two home runs this season and is batting .294. She’s pacing such that she should quickly eclipse her team-leading seven homers from last season.
