Wow, what a busy, fun and crazy summer in the softball world!

From New Jersey to Southern Calif.; Reno, Nev. to Atlanta, Ga., we’ve been all over the map chasing the best fastpitch had to offer and it was a thrill ride every step of the way.

But suddenly we’re facing the fall and it’s back-to-school-time!

With heavy travel behind us for a month or two, we’re ready to sit down and hit some big projects… and want you to come along and be part of it!

Here are some things you can look for over the next few weeks at FloSoftball (and we invite your input, opinions and suggestions… please e-mail brentt.eads@flosports.tv):

1. Video Spotlights

Starting this week, we’ll present some interviews of players and coaches we’ve picked up along the way, some of the standouts and even championship winners we were fortunate to interview.

This week, for example, you’ll hear from the coach of the club team that made the most remarkable run perhaps

2. Final 2015 Hot 100

It’s been a while since our last Hot 100 was launched, but we’re going to do our third and final revision of the 2015 Hot 100 as this outstanding class goes to college! This is your chance to make a case for top graduated players to make the elite list.

There will definitely be some new faces and names on the list as players emerged or improved over the last six months.

Also, in the next few months we’ll be updating the 2016 Hot 100 prior to November’s early signing period and we’re also gearing up to launch a 2019 Hot 100!

3. FAB 50 Club Rankings

We’re pulling in all the finishes from the Nationals and top tournaments to re-rank each of the top teams in the 18U, 16U, 14U and 12U age divisions.

We rely heavily on coaches’ input, but if you’re a player and parent and want to make a case for your team being considered, we’re certainly open to listening!
