“Daddy Daughter” gets dangerous in Oklahoma (4/25)

It’s one thing for a parent or family member to get hostile with a youth or club coach; it’s another when a gun is pulled and people get threatened.

That’s what happened at a softball game in Chandler, Okla. this past Tuesday when a grandfather, Troy Gibbs–unhappy that his granddaughter from Davenport, Okla. didn’t get to play in a game–argued with a coach and parents before going to his car to retrieve a handgun.

When he returned he pointed the handgun towards a parent’s face and at children in the parking lot where the Chandler Softball Association was fielding games.

No shots were fired and Gibbs speed out of the complex to get away. He was later arrested.
