Camryn Ybarra has benefitted from growing up the youngest in a very talented softball family.

The 2017 infielder has two older sisters currently playing college softball: Tayler is a catcher at Cal State San Marcos and Shianne is freshman infielder at Tennessee.

Shianne and Camryn were part of the Mission Viejo (Calif.) High that finished No.1 in the Full Count Softball FAB 50 national high school rankings in 2014 and also featured several other D1 players including Arizona signees Taylor McQuillin, the Gatorade National Player of the Year, and Alyssa Palomino, one of the most feared hitters in the nation.

And coaching that Diablos team was the Camryn and Shianne’s father, Troy Ybarra, who has most of the team back and eager to win a second straight CIF championship.

Also, Camryn committed to Oregon State as a freshman and she’ll play there under the tutelage of one of the greatest softball players ever, Laura Berg.
