So what’s it like to be a dominant pitcher at the high school level—evening earning 1st Team All-American honors as well as being rated #17 overall in the 2014 Hot 100—and then transitioning to the college level?
We asked that very question to North Carolina freshman pitcher Kaylee Carlson, who stopped by the Surf City October Showcase on October 18, 2014, to visit with her former teammates on the OC Batbuster – Haning/Stith team.
Kaylee talked about life in the Tarheel program and showed off some pretty appropriately colored gear as well as talked about what it’s like to be a freshman after finishing a pretty stellar career that included high school and club championships in 2014!
