Recruiting situation: “I am currently speaking to four D1 universities and am expecting to make a commitment later this year.
Softball schedule: “My day typically begins at 5 am everyday. I wake up my Dad or Mom and ask them to go outside to watch me do my run or speed and agility work (depending on the day).
Since class doesn’t start until 9, I go to the locker room and spend the hour or so until then studying or finishing homework. During 8th period I have softball, which is usually weight training or more speed and agility, sometimes field work.
Monday night is our school fall ball game night, Tuesday is Firecracker Field practice, Wednesday is Firecracker Strength and Agility, Thursday is Firecracker Field work. Friday is typically my only day off unless we have tournaments, which are starting up next week. When we don’t have tournaments, Firecrackers have weekend practice.
I know it sounds crazy but if I didn’t have to do all of that, I don’t know what I would do with myself!”
