If a picture’s worth a 1,000 words, then what’s a video worth?  10,000? 100,000?

Earlier today I posted “My 2014 All-Summer Team” and coincidentally was going through some video clips and found two of the younger players on the list who faced off in the PGF 16U National Championship game.

That would be 2017 pitcher Alexis Holloway of the Beverly Bandit-JT team who is seen here pitching to 2016 first baseman Sarai Niu of the So Cal A’s-McNee/Myers squad.

You’ll notice here how Holloway, who has committed to Notre Dame, has impressive movement on her pitches and how she attacks the circle when she’s ready to throw.

And you’ll see that Niu, who is uncommitted, looks like a college player already and has the strength to really do some damage, although in this at-bat she reached on an infield error which led to one of the unearned runs that allowed the A’s to win 3-2 to take the title.

One thing’s for sure: you’ll be seeing these two a lot more in the future.
