Scouting report: One coach says, “Brea Dickey is one of the top centerfielders in the country. She plays on a small club team so coaches sometimes may overlook (a player like Brea.” She has been part of two state high school championship teams and hit lead off on those teams as a freshman and sophomore hitting over .500 at a 6A Georgia school with 3,500 students. The senior-to-be has never hit below .450 any year she has played competitive softball. She is a legit 2.6 to first base and has unbelievable range in center. Brea slaps and hits conventional. In the classroom she has a 3.7 GPA and recently went to a camp where she picked up a pair of offers.
