A fun event we’ll be covering next month takes place in The Sooner State as  the Tulsa Elite Invite will field 72 teams at the 14U, 16U and 18U levels.

The rosters have been finalized and the competition is loaded with a Who’s Who of all the top teams in the region and, best of all, all the games will be at one park.

Brief Description: The tournament is in its fourth year and has grown to be one of the best recruiting events of the year. It’s being held June 5-8, 2014 at Arrowhead Park in Broken Arrow, Okla. immediately following the NCAA DI WCWS and the end of the NCAA Dead Period.

Says Event Director Jeff Filali, “We bring in 72 top teams with over 750-plus of the best players from the 2015-2019 classes to play all games at one park against top competition in extended 1:35 seven inning games with coaches-only sections, meals and VIP hospitality.”

“On Wednesday, prior to the tournament we host a Coaches Clinic to help educate travel coaches, a Recruiting Seminar to help educate parents and student-athletes and a MLB Style Combine to measure speeds, velocities etc.  On Thursday morning we have two rounds of All-Star games all played on one four-plex.”
