Talented 2017 infielder/outfielder Gabby Moreno out of Montgomery, Texas and a standout utility player for the Georgia Impact-Jeffreys program, committed to Texas A&M last Saturday according to Ricky Jeffreys, her head coach on the Impact team.

A five-tool player who can play any spot on the field besides pitcher, she’s a standout student ranking third out of her class of 650-plus students.

“Gabby is a five-tool player,” says Coach Jeffreys. “She’s almost 5-foot-10 and has a great arm, speed and can hit for power and average. She can be your lead-off hitter or your three or four hole hitter.”

“She is a thoroughbred for sure,” continues the coach. “She does all of the little things that make a player special. The best way to describe Gabby is that she ‘gets it.’ She knows that hard work pays off in the classroom and on the field. She has one of the most incredible, supportive and committed families that you will ever meet, too. Gabby is one of those kids that I would want my child to be around if softball was not involved.”
