Pitcher Brittany Finney must have one of the longest trips in softball to make it to practice.

The Kansas junior, who was rated as the No. 18 player in the 2015 class by StudentSportsSoftball.com, plays for the Explosion team based in Southern California and flies to L.A. and back for practices and tournaments.
