JUCO Sophomore Hot 100 To Be Released April 2018
For the first time in FloSoftball history, we are launching the JUCO Hot 100 list recognizing the sophomore class from April 16-27.
For the first time in FloSoftball history, we are launching a JUCO Hot 100 list this month recognizing the top sophomores in the junior college ranks.
Research for this list included contacting every junior college in the country for its input. In conjunction with coaches evaluations, FloSoftball teamed up with AthPro360 to collect objective data on many of the athletes in the Hot 100, which will be unveiled April 16-27. If you are a JUCO team or player in California, AthPro360 will be providing athletic testing at no charge to JUCO softball players until April 20 at Mt.Sac.
This sophomore class is very strong, with talented players hailing from Florida, Texas, California, and more. In California, schools such as Palomar and Mt. Sac have been sending tremendous athletes to Power Five conferences for years and we’re very excited to honor these standouts. Two of the most notable pitchers in the sophomore class come from Florida's Chipola College, which is ranked No. 1 in NJCAA Division I.

Tuesday, April 17 — Nos. 90-81
Wednesday, April 18 — Nos. 80-71
Thursday, April 19 — Nos. 70-61
Friday, April 20 — Nos. 60-51
Monday, April 23 — Nos. 50-41
Tuesday, April 24 — Nos. 40-31
Wednesday, April 25 — Nos. 30-21
Thursday, April 26 — Nos. 20-11
Friday, April 27 — Nos. 10-1
