The Colonial Athletic Association has announced that this weekend’s three-game softball series between James Madison and Delaware has been cancelled due to the unfortunate passing of JMU softball student-athlete Lauren Bernett.

The games, scheduled for April 30 and May 1, will be counted as “no contests” and there will be no adjustments made to the conference standings.
