If you’re a slapper and are interested in improving your game and learning from the best, there’s an event in the Midwest a week from Saturday that would be a dream opportunity for you

Strike Zone Sports is hosting a slapping clinic with current NPF Chicago Bandit, Emily Allard, on Saturday, October 11, 2014 in Eagan, Minn.

Emily graduated from Northwestern earlier this year after earning All-Big Ten and NFCA All-Region honors and had an explosive rookie campaign with the Chicago Bandits of the NPF.

The outfielder finished the 2014 season with a league leading 57 hits and led the Bandits with a .385 batting average, third best in the league. Her 35 runs also tied for first in the NPF and she had a .409 on-base percentage helping her earn 2014 All-NPF Team honors.

The clinic is designed for lefty slappers, and each session is 90 minutes.  All ages are welcome and the cost is $60/player per session.

There are three sessions available: 9 am, 11 am and 1 pm.
