Mike Candrea, Head Coach of the Arizona Wildcats. Coach Candrea is going into his 31st season at the University of Arizona with 8 National Titles and 21 Women's College World Series appearances. After coaching for so many years, what were the players like 30 years ago? How has the game changed? How do you continue to challenge the players? This interview was so much fun and I learned so much talking to him. He's truly a legend and a great soul.
