This Is Us Softball Cancels Season Because Of COVID-19

After five games, former Scrap Yard Dawgs, now This Is Us Softball cancels the 2020 season with USSSA Pride due to COVID-19.

This Is Us softball generated tons of media buzz from the New York Times, Sports Illustrated, Time, Washington Post, and more after refusing to play under the organization's General Manager Connie May after she sent tweet to President Trump.

16 hours prior to the tweet announcing the cancelation of their season, a This Is Us Softball merch store was launched with apparel, hats, and a backpack.

USSSA Pride sent out a statement around the same time as This Is Us Softball.

At this point, no known players or staff on This Is Us Softball or USSSA Pride have tested positive for COVID-19.
