Alexee Haynes
IF/P
Beverly Bandits Pittsburgh

A dangerous hitter who bats in the 3-hole and hits over .600 at the high school level and .400 against elite club competition, Alexee was tabbed to the West Virginia Class AA All-State team for the third time after helping lead her high school to the state championship game last spring. She’s a right-handed corner infielder who hits for power and average and ups her focus and efficiency with runners on base. Although her stick will make her an immediate force in the ACC, she can also pitch in the low 60s with an effective dropball and change.

Montana Davidson SS
Lady Lightning Gold Team Miken
Mississippi State

Montana is a shut-down shortstop who is also a huge offensive weapon. At the club level, she’s hit over 10 home runs each of the last three years and hit .426 with 24 RBI and a .514 on-base percentage in 18 games for her North Carolina high school team. At PGF Nationals this year, she went 7-for-12 (.583). Her leadership skills are also outstanding and a bonus for Mississippi State is her younger sister by 16 months, Mia, is also a top-tier Hot 100 power-hitting infielder in the 2017 class and will join Montana in Starkville two years from now.
48
Brooke Barfield P
Georgia Impact - Lewis Georgia Tech

Brooke hasn’t been as well known as many Georgia elite players coming from a small Southeast Georgia community, but she emerged at several college camps as one of the top pitchers in the Southeast and continues to impress. In the Georgia high school playoffs this fall, she led her team to the Elite 8 of Class AA and in the best-of-three games in the second round of the playoffs pitched 21 innings and allowed only one earned run. A lefty who has good movement and throws in the low 60s, Brooke also had a 1.50 ERA at PGF Nationals in 2015 and throws four pitches equally well including a rise and dropball.
47 Alissa Dalton SS/3B
Diamond Hotshots Oklahoma

Alissa is a fierce competitor who wants to beat everybody and was invited to the Jr. National Team tryouts as one of the few underclass high school players but saw that opportunity derailed by a dislocated shoulder. She recovered to earn 1st Team All-District 17-6A honors in Texas as a dangerous lefty who hits for power and average. Alissa is a big-game player and shines brightest in the crucial moment. She can play both spots on the left side of the infield because she has excellent hands and arm strength.
46 Alysen Febrey P/1B
Georgia Impact - Bass Georgia

Alysen is a talented pitcher/infielder who has the skills to play both effectively in the SEC, but her future will likely be as a power-hitting first baseman in college. She rarely misses a good pitch to hit and has good discipline at the plate. She’s patient, gets her pitch to hit and then strokes the ball. Alysen’s power is to all fields and this summer she hit back-to-back home runs at PGF Nationals. Defensively, she’s a solid fielder and when in the circle throws in the low to mid 60s with good spins and an excellent change-up.
45 Giselle Juarez P
Birmingham Thunderbolts
Fresno State

Giselle has taken her game to another level in 2015 and was the Thunderbolts workhorse at PGF Nationals this summer. She pitched 24 2/3rd innings and compiled a 3-0 record, allowing only three earned runs (0.85) ERA while striking out 22 and walking just four batters in leading her team to a top 5 finish. The Arizona senior is a fighter in the circle, mixing a good dropball with tough spins as a lefty. The former University of Arizona commit had 178 K’s in 98 innings in leading her team to the state’s Div. I championship game.
44 Amanda Ablan P/3B
Georgia Elite - Hoover
Georgia

Amanda is a big-game pitcher who’s been a dominant force in Georgia high school ball for the last three years. As a sophomore she was the Class AAAAAA Pitcher of the Year and 1st Team All-State honoree after going 21-6 with a 1.24 ERA. This year she was equally stellar, going 27-3-1 with a 0.77 ERA and 357 strikeouts. Amanda also uses riseball, change, curve and drop screwball to great success at the club level. At PGF Nationals this summer she logged most of the innings for Elite and put up a 1.50 ERA for the eventual Top 5 finisher. She hits 64 mph on the gun and pitches north and south as good as anyone in the Hot 100.
43 Jessica Harper IF
So Cal Choppers - Fausett Arizona

Jessica makes a quantum jump up the Hot 100 from the first version after having a great spring and summer. A strong infielder, coaches rave about her work ethic, passion and love for the game. Jessica is a dedicated CrossFitter and on off days even calls her coaches to see if she can get in extra hitting work. A 1st Team All-CIF honoree for her So Cal high school, she is now hitting pitches inside and outside equally well and defensively is a cerebral player on defense who anticipates where the play is going to go.
42 Kaija Gibson OF
Firecrackers - Rico Washington

One of the top prospects from the Northwest, Kaija can play the small game and hit with power. She is a triple threat hitter who can bunt, slap or hit away and is a game-changing type of hitter. She exploded onto the Washington scene in 2014 when she batted .574 with a 1.393 slugging percentage to go along with 21 steals, and 35 RBIs, leading her team to the 4A tournament that year for the first time in five years. Kaija earned All-KingCo 4A honors once again this year. She is also an excellent defensive centerfielder and shortstop, which she plays at the high school level.
41 Briana Angel MIF
Texas Bombers Gold Texas

Briana or “BB” as she’s known, is a versatile middle infielder who also has the athleticism to play any outfield spot. She is a lefty with speed and power in her game and hit .452 this year with 41 RBI to earn 1st Team 21-4A All-District honors. Last year she compiled almost the exact same numbers—a .458 average and 39 RBI—to lead her high school team to a Texas Class 3A state championship while earning All-State honors.
