Lin Ying-Hsin went the distance and led Chinese Taipei to a pivotal victory over China, 9-3, in the first game of the WBSC Softball Asia/Oceania Qualifier Super Round.  China jumped ahead in the first episode, but couldn’t hold the lead.

Taylah Tsitsikronis produced three runs and Kaia Parnaby pitched a complete game to lead Australia to its first win in the tournament over Chinese Taipei by a score of 5-1.

The WBSC Softball Asia/Oceania Qualifier will stream LIVE on FloSoftball from Shanghai, China September 23-28. The top six National Teams from the Asian Softball Cup final standings and the top two ranked National Teams from Oceania will play for the last remaining spot for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
